Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella was born as a Dominican friars’ convent in Florence, Italy in 1221. Since then, we select nature’s finest ingredients to give life to authentic, beauty-seeking routines for the home and the body.
Come to any of our stores or shop online our newest Eau de Parfums, Eau de Colognes, soaps, candles and skincare and bath products. The historical location, of Via Della Scala 16, Florence and also the very first operational site for the Maison, it is today a boutique museum where history brings alive the magic with care, savoir-faire, elegance and we are committed to preserve, and evolve, a heritage like no other.

I went to buy some Armenian paper (paper incense) that a celebrity had recommended. The customer service was great and I was able to learn more about their other products. I was also interested in potpourri, which I thought would add some color to my life.

When I visited the other day, I was served by a beautiful female staff member with a ponytail. At first, she watched over me from afar, but when she had something to ask, she quickly came over, so I thought her sense of distance with customers was wonderful. Her service was also very polite and easy to understand, so I will definitely buy something the next time I visit!

I purchased this as a gift for a friend. They carefully explained each scent I was interested in, and they weren't overly attentive, so I was able to look around at my own pace. The wrapping was also cute, so I'm very happy!

I recently visited the store to look for a farewell gift for a colleague, and the male staff member provided excellent customer service. He offered many suggestions that fit my budget accurately and politely! I ended up wanting something for myself, so I purchased the facial cleanser he recommended. I've been using it for about a week now, and my skin is in the best condition it's been recently. I have sensitive skin, atopic dermatitis, dryness, and suffer from pollen allergies, so my skin was in pretty bad shape, but I'm surprised at how moisturized it feels after washing my face. I don't usually go to Parco, but the customer service was so good that I would definitely like to visit this store again next time.
