They make perfumes with special blends just for you. The interior is elegant and beautiful, and you should definitely visit at least once. The prices are a bit higher than regular perfumes. We stopped by because it was close to our hotel, but if you're in the city center, we didn't see a need to come here specifically.

An incredible place that houses high-quality products and the brand's history. It was already decorated for Christmas on November 9th. We had gone to another location because the photos were misleading, but this is the original. We had to wait in line on Sunday afternoon, but only for 5 minutes. The place is a gem, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A must-see in Florence.

This is one of the oldest pharmacies in the world—Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella, whose origins date back to the 13th century. For centuries, blends of flowers and herbs gathered from the Tuscan hills and matured in ancient terracotta jars have been used to create renowned fragrances and skincare products. Among the compositions still produced today according to Dominican formulas are Acqua di Colonia (Catherine de' Medici's favorite fragrance), Acqua di Santa Maria Novella, created in the 17th century, and Acqua di Rose—an excellent refreshing tonic sold since the second half of the 14th century. Hand-shaped and packaged soaps mature for 60 days in ventilated display cases. All products are made exclusively in Florence, using medicinal plants and herbs cultivated in the same way as in the Middle Ages. Prices are high.
